Paolo has a decade of experience in successfully scaling revenue and entrepreneurial initiatives. Paolo was previously Head of Sustainability at Algolia and initiated their decarbonisation efforts.

Isabelle formerly held the position of Debt Funds Director at SunFunder, where she acquired expertise in designing and structuring climate funds, along with managing portfolios. She started her career in credit research at J.P. Morgan.

Sebastien has over a decade of experience within the financial industry in M&A and in public and private Portfolio Management roles. Sebastien previously worked at Goldman Sachs, and in Private Equity, leading investments with a particular focus on agriculture, industrials and carbon removals.

Megan brings a wealth of knowledge in digital transformation and growth strategies. After dedicating 15 years to Google, she has shifted her focus to tackle the urgent challenge of accelerating the path to net zero.

Thomas has 5 years of experience at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), as a consultant and also as part of the Global Sustainability Team where he played a major role in shaping BCG's roadmap on permanent CDR.

Patricia brings nearly six years of experience as a consultant and project manager at McKinsey & Company, where she specialised in sustainability, net-zero strategies, scaling green businesses, and navigating carbon markets. In her new role, she will lead our commercialisation and client engagement efforts, helping organisations access high-quality carbon removal solutions.

Antoine spent close to a decade at Boston Consulting Group, where he advised global clients on strategy and organisational topics before focusing on climate and carbon markets. He helped shape BCG's global sustainability program and represented the firm in shaping best practices for carbon dioxide removal in collaboration with leading institutions. At ClimeFi, Antoine leads strategy development and the design of innovative instruments to expand access to high-quality carbon removals.

Laura has a background in geology, geochemistry, and climate science. She previously worked as a graduate research assistant at Columbia University and the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory, where she conducted research on past climate in the Southern Ocean.

Marco has over 10 years in marketing and communications, with a proven track record at WLTH and other fintech institutions, executing purpose-led campaigns that boost brand awareness, visibility, and customer engagement. Personally, he’s passionate about trail running, coffee, and wine.

Victoria has over 5 years of experience in carbon removals. Victoria was previously Ratings Scientist and Carbon Removal Sector Lead at BeZero, leading the methodology development and assessment of leading CDR projects.

Patrik Bernas has over 10 years of experience in product management and corporate finance. He has held key roles at Bitpanda Pro, where he led the spin-out of the division and executed product strategies, and at J.P. Morgan, where he contributed to digital transformation initiatives within investment banking.

Sarah graduated from a Master in Engineering at the Trinity College Dublin and ETH Zurich. She previously worked at Civil Engineering Consultant at Hilti.

Paul graduated from the European Institute of Technology in Computer Science. He previously worked as a Software Engineer at Capgemini.

Freddie leads our communications, bringing deep expertise in climate policy, carbon markets, and sustainability to shape clear, credible messaging across everything we say and do.

Victoria is completing her Master's in Environmental Sciences at ETH Zurich. She has a background in chemistry and biogeosciences and previously worked as an Analytical Chemist at SC Labs.

Daniel has a background in chemical engineering with a focus on climate change mitigation and renewable energy. He previously worked as a graduate research assistant at ETH Zurich where he conducted research on geothermal energy & direct air capture.

Olivia has a background in energy policy and carbon markets, with experience at the International Energy Agency and the European Parliament. She holds a Master’s in International Energy Transitions from Sciences Po, where she focused on climate finance and public–private decarbonisation strategies. She also co-founded and leads the Women in Carbon Paris chapter.

Chakib brings a strong background in data science and full-stack engineering. After three years at SOCOTEC Group in France and an impactful experience with the Nissan Formula E Team, Chakib is now part of ClimeFi

Tosca recently graduated with a dual MSc in Environmental Economics and Policy from Peking University and the London School of Economics. Alongside her studies, she worked at Fosterra, a sustainability consultancy, where she helped clients identify and manage Scope 3 emissions and climate risks within their supply chains.
